In our continuing series of document accessibility webinars for higher education, our industry experts will share the challenges and barriers they face making sure students have the course materials they need to have equal learning opportunities in every class they attend. What processes or programs have been implemented successfully (or not so successfully)? What are some common challenges and how are they overcome? How are alternate format requests handled and who does the work? We will discuss these and other issues, such as making STEM content accessible and managing instructors who may not always provide content in a timely manner.
This webinar will be helpful to everyone working in Student Disability Services and to those who want to learn more about the importance of making class documents and other content accessible.
