In DTE V5.3, we have added numerous enhancements and performance improvements. These enhancements help our customers get more value out of our solutions, improve customer experience and ensure compliance with the latest regulations.
Crawford Technologies Digital Transform Engine (DTE) version 5.3 features:
- Advanced PRO Concatenator functionality to easily combine different file formats, such as AFP and PDF, allowing organizations to further streamline workflows and maximize production efficiencies. This enhancement also extends to the concatenation of pre-tagged Accessible PDF and PDF/UA files. Existing tags will be preserved during concatenation saving significant time with document remediation.
- The use of advanced AI techniques to simplify transforming existing, composed documents to responsive HTML5, ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple devices. Enhanced AutoSense capabilities further simplifies and reduces the effort to design or redesign document composition templates for mobile devices.
- A new web Interface that significantly reduces the time and effort to ensure accessible documents meet required compliance criteria. This interface for AccessibilityNow Publisher and AccessibilityNow Validator expedites and simplifies checking the results of automated PDF pre-tagging as well as PDF compliance levels. Users simply submit select PDFs via drag and drop to run files through the pre-tagging process and/or check PDF/UA, WCAG and/or HHS compliance.
