Added configuraton parameter AFPGOCAFILLPATTERNSHADELEVEL to substitute GOCA fill patterns (1-16) with a shading percentage.

AFPGOCAFILLPATTERNSHADELEVEL=id value where id is the GOCA fill pattern id and value is the percentage of shading to replace the fill pattern. This parameter can improve the appearance of graphics.
