Added configuration parameter AfpPageGroupPosition. Values are BeforePage and BeforePageGroup. Default is BeforePage.
The AFPPAGEGROUPPOSITION parameter specifies the position where named page groups are created using
the SUBDOCUMENT command. If AFPPASSTHROUGH=NO, the only value that can be used is BEFOREPAGE. For AFPPASSTHROUHG=YES there may already exist a named page group. For this situation the values BEFOREPAGE and BEFOREPAGEGROUP are available.
