Correct a problem that occurs when EOF is hit while BFORM is active, and the output is going through the AFP driver. An EDT was prematurely being written. Now when EOF is hit, the code checks to see if BFORM is active, and if so, it sets a flag and continues, and sets DocumentEnd after the BFORM has been output.
