Correction for malformed PCL softfont glyph bitmap data
While the PCL specification implies glyph bitmap data should be padded with 0's, many printers ignore the padding. The propcl interpreter now discards any 1's found in the image data padding.
Also corrected SFFONT scaleh/scalev to work with Fixed pitch fonts.
PCLZEROPADGLYPHDATA=YES should be added to the application configuration file
