Moved updating OUTPUTDOCUMENTPAGENUMBER and OUTPUTDOCUMENTPAGENUM environment variables from fINF_PostOutputPageProcessing to fDRV_CallDrivers.
Substitution variables OUTPUTDOCUMENTPAGENUMBER and OUTPUTDOCUMENTPAGENUM will be updated before we call index driver to write index record to index file.
