PRO Lockdown secures your customer’s private data throughout communications processing, from document creation through production. This is especially useful for enterprises challenged with securing files and protecting data when transferring files to their outsourced print provider.
Page level encryption provides some major advantages for document processing applications. It means that each page of the document is encrypted and decrypted independently of the other pages in the document. This results in incredible performance benefits both during encryption and decryption of a file. It can also be used to encrypt each page with a different key, providing very high security of the information.

- Generates a custom password that can be used to unlock the file.
- Compresses, indexes, and encrypts the file while retaining all of the required printing resources and metadata for all documents in the file.
- Unlocks the file page by page when processing eliminating delays when sent to production.
- Manages who can and cannot unlock the files and what pages they should have access to within the file.
- Archives the encrypted file.
