CCM Gateway for Nuxeo supports end-to-end archive workflows including file capture, document transformation, indexing and storage. Archive workflows identify different document types and route them for appropriate processing. This means different transform, index and storage rules are based on document type.
Archive Format Support
Customer communications are produced in formats such as line data, AFP, Metacode, PostScript, PCL or PDF. They are suited for printing but are not optimized for archiving and viewing. CCM Gateway for Nuxeo can store the original print content in compressed archive files and convert them to PDF/A and PDF U/A in burst and non-burst mode for long term archiving.
Indexing and Data Capture
Customer communications files contain thousands of individual documents. Documents in the files need to be identified and indexed so they can be retrieved in the future. CCM Gateway for Nuxeo supports a range of indexing methods that identify individual documents for future access.
Fine Grained Records Management

CCM Gateway for Nuxeo stores individual documents (as opposed to large batches) which allows full control over records management.
