AccessibilityNow Translate spares organizations the need to design and implement new systems in order to create documents in languages needed for non-English speaking people or people with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). The cost and time-to-market to develop documents in a new language in a composition system or CCM system can be significant and involve many people in different departments, as well as outside consultants. AccessibilityNow Translate alleviates all of this by simply using AI to translate the final English document into the target language within the ECP software layer.
For printed documents, these can be translated after creation, but before they are printed. Postal information can be left intact so that the translated documents can be mailed to the customer in place of the English document or in addition to the English document. You can mail the translated documents yourself, have a Print Service Provider do the mailing, or Crawford Technologies can mail them for you.
For documents that are delivered through digital channels, there are multiple ways to facilitate the translation process, these are a few examples:

Onboarding can be done very quickly. Document templates are created using AI tools to speed-up the setup process. No changes are needed to the composed documents, so no changes are needed to CCM templates or processes. Simply provide us with a sample of your documents, in either print files such as AFP, Xerox, PostScript, PCL or PDF files, and we will then set up a template that ensures the translated documents are formatted correctly. This is a one-time setup task. The sample documents can then be reviewed by professional translators to verify the quality of the translation algorithms.
We will set up a secure process for you to provide production documents using a method that meets your security standards. You can then provide the files to us by the chosen process and they will be translated into the corresponding language. All documents in a file can be translated to a single target language, or each document can be translated into the language of the customer’s choice to whom it is addressed.
The translated documents can then be returned to you, or they can be printed and mailed, depending on your preferences. It is as easy as that.
We will furnish reports detailing all the processing conducted so you can verify that proper translations were done and all documents were processed.
There are many ways you can provide the target language codes for documents. You can specify the target language when setup is done. If individual documents are to be translated to different languages, you can provide an accompanying file in CSV or XML format that contains the required language codes. You can also embed the target language in the print file in a wide variety of formats.
