Crawford Technologies will be showcasing its full portfolio of products, with emphasis on PRO Conductor and Operations Express. PRO Conductor provides customers with a configurable and easy-to-use web-based workflow management system that supports every step of their Customer Communications Management (CCM) environment, from document composition through delivery, no matter the channels used. There is even a module that tracks the channel preferences of each customer. Operations Express employs intelligent recognition techniques for re-engineering and manipulating existing print streams to make changes, add barcodes and enable a variety of operational efficiencies.
