Additionally, Crawford Technologies will be hosting two educational sessions at the conference:
- E-Commerce for Document Accessibility will be presented on Thursday, March 14 at 8:00 a.m. in LAW-04. Scott Baker, executive VP of business development at Crawford Technologies, will share with attendees how an e-commerce website built on a solution that automates tagging and conversion simplifies the conversion of traditional PDFs to Accessible PDF.
- Leveraging Technology to Create Accessible Documents will be presented on Thursday, March 14 at 3:20 p.m. in Grand GH. Dennis Quon, EDP, director, Document Accessibility Solutions at Crawford Technologies, will explain why documents delivered or accessed electronically must now be accessible. He will also discuss the three ways to remediate manual, auto tagging and templates—and which one is the best method.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to speak and exhibit at the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference again this year,” said Dennis Quon. “Documents can be made inclusive and accessible by leveraging technology solutions that make it possible to reduce cost, meet compliance requirements, and provide a way to meet a company’s document requirements for scalable accessibility.”
