Crawford Technologies New Digital Transform Engine Version 5.1 Simplifies the Production of Complex Customer Communications

  • The addition of AI/ML technology to the AccessibilityNow Publisher component to automatically tag ad hoc documents, reducing the effort and costs associated with remediating these documents
