May 4, 2017, Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, will be co-hosting Xplor’s 2017 Xploration Tour in Omaha, Nebraska on May 9. The one-day event, a joint venture with Xplor USA, is designed to provide educational programming, information and networking opportunities to members as well as industry professionals.
Crawford Technologies will share the floor with Steve Keca, director of solutions development at RR Donnelly Healthcare. Keca will present a case study that shares the goals his company set for offering accessible documents, the decision-making process and how his company is implementing document accessibility to ensure customer needs and preferences are met.
The Omaha Xploration Tour will also feature an industry analyst overview by Matt Swain of InfoTrends/Keypoint Intelligence. Swain will review today’s CCM market and lead a strategic discussion on the future of customer communications.
Additionally, Matt Pribus, vice president of correspondence and remittance services at First Data, will lead a session on the omnichannel customer experience and why effective management of customer communications can provide business value and create a competitive advantage. The day will conclude at 2:15 p.m. with a panel discussion.
