We’ve hit the ground running in 2017, and have already attended a few conferences and hosted some great webinars. After posting record breaking growth in fiscal year 2016, we hope to outdo ourselves this year. Fortunately we are off to a good start!

In reflecting on the past year, there are quite a few events and achievements worth noting.

At the Xplor Conference in April we extended our four-year streak of winning awards with two technology awards – the Technology of the Year award for Voiceye Maker for Operations Express and an Honorable Mention for PRO Inkjet Express.

We were also named, for the 6th consecutive year, as a top Canadian Information and Communication Technology company by Branham300. The Branham Group provides a comprehensive analysis of Canadian based companies as well as multi-national corporations operating in Canada, so it’s a real honor to have been recognized by them again.

In March we announced the release of our MasterONE. With MasterONE, it’s easier than ever to create accessible documents, since a single setup supports virtually all accessible formats, saving both time and money. It’s described in more detail in the Solution Highlights section of this newsletter.

At the end of the year we announced the release of 4.4, a version loaded with new features and capabilities that is also discussed in more detail in this newsletter.

The distinction that is most meaningful to me and the rest of the team here is our NPS® Score, which in 2016 was is +63. The Net Promoter Score is the most widely-used assessment of the customer experience. It provides an objective and highly regarded methodology for gauging custom satisfaction within a scale of -100 to +100. The +63 that we have achieved is higher than the industry average for technology companies, and puts Crawford Technologies in the company of highly-regarded companies like Apple, Netflix, and others.

Participating in the program, and attaining this score, is testament to the commitment and excellence of the support, services, development and QA teams, and to the importance that we all place on putting our customers first.

In fact, many of our newer products and services, like Signed PDF, QA in the Cloud, PRO Inkjet Express, and of course Voiceye Maker for Operations Express, have been developed in response to conversations and collaboration with our customers and partners.

This newsletter includes more detail on our technology, a summary of the events we’ll be participating in over the next few months, and an important update on U.S. regulations mandating accessible document delivery.

I hope you enjoy the articles and information in this issue. And please feel free to send us your feedback and ideas for future articles.
