We are pleased to announce the release of CrawfordTech version 4.9. DTE or Digital Transform Engine, which is the foundation of the CrawfordTech portfolio, encompassing our document transformation and reengineering technology in addition to accessible conversions and other supporting solutions.
New capabilities in DTE 4.9 include:
- Support for Individual Document Removal from Dynamic Document Archive – delete and remove personal protected information from storage at a customer’s request while maintaining integrity of the original file. Ensures compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
- Ability to leverage OCR on an automated, production basis to convert an entire transaction document to an accessible format – accessible, braille, large print. This solution saves valuable time when converting scanned documents or documents containing text within an image for accessibility.
- Enhancement to AutoSense for PRO Designer for easy detection of headings, lists, URLs and email addresses. This enhancement makes it easier to identify each piece of information of the page to define fields and to get accessible communications to production quickly.
And many other enhancements that continue to streamline document conversions and reengineering tasks for our growing customer base!
