The future of customer communications took center stage in Chicago this past April at our sixth annual CrawfordTech Industry Summit! Delivering powerful insights, this engaging two-day event featured 26 sessions led by industry leaders, our valued customers, partners, and CrawfordTech experts. With tracks focused on Customer Experience and Accessibility, attendees explored topics on the future of customer communications, the power of AI in workflow innovation and automation, and strategies for creating and delivering accessible, personalized experiences.
President & CEO Ernie Crawford set the tone with a compelling keynote, urging attendees to “think beyond limits” and embrace scalable, automated solutions to meet the ever-changing expectations of their customers. The event was packed with energy, thought leadership, live demos, and networking—including a memorable rooftop reception at the Navy Pier.
