Developed as a result of our Customer Focus Group Program, and in concert with Inspectron, Kern and Ironsides, PRO Production Manager is an open, configurable, end-to-end process automation, management and reporting system that keeps robust statistical data of all processing activities.

A key feature of PRO Production Manager is the ability to work with integrity management systems to monitor and report on all aspects of the physical production process, in order to deliver true end-to-end process reporting. This is one of the major requests from our customers.

Our Enterprise IMB® functionality may also be added to track and report on mail piece delivery status through the USPS.

Integration of other tools is easily achieved through the open systems approach to our product design. Document re-engineering functionality that achieves operational costs savings is included in the product. PRO Production Manager provides an effective bridge between data sources, composition systems, printers, inserters and the mail stream.

Among its many features, PRO Production Manager is able to manage the receipt of raw data and print-ready files and invoke document composition processes, document re-engineering processes, other processes such as CASS/PAVE as well as integrate with document integrity systems and enable automatic reprint functionality.

Seamlessly working alongside other CrawfordTech products and modules, clients can re-engineer print jobs on-the-fly and transform them to most output formats, including AFP, PDF, PDF/A, Xerox Metacode/LCDS/DJDE, PCL, PostScript and image formats. In addition, PRO Production Manager supports ODBC-compliant databases such as Oracle, DB2 and MySQL.

Proof-of-process reporting and SLA management and reporting are also fully supported through integration with the industries best of breed solutions such as those provide by Inspectron, Kern and Ironsides.

With support for Windows, AIX, Solaris, HP UX and Linux platforms, PRO Production Manager lets you choose how and where you would like to implement this system. Strong connectivity options for all systems environments – including connectivity to Mainframe environments without JCL changes – allows you to implement, configure and maintain PRO Production Manager using your existing staff getting you up and running quickly and inexpensively.
